Who we Are
On the beach of Kotsikia, Municipality of Nileos in the lush northern Evia, the difference is made by the pines and the crystal clear Aegean Sea.Here, in the woods, operates a small family unit called "Ioli Farm".
With love and passion, Stamos and Ioli Iliadi built a small paradise, two and a half hours from Athens over the trivial standards and invite you to visit it.
Four two roomed, modern apartments that can accommodate from two to five people and a hostel for two people, equipped with all amenities, autonomous operation, and daily maid service.
The apartments smothered it the trees, are three hundred meters from the sea and promise you comfort and relaxation.
In times of financial crisis and respecting the needs of our customers, the prices of the services are confined to those we had when we first opened six years ago.
At the "Farm" we have a small restaurant - cafe by the poolside, which serves buffet breakfast. There you will try our delicacies, wine production and our products that are organically grown without pesticides and harmful substances. At us, the fish comes straight from boats to your plate and snacks from Mytilene Isalnd which is our place of origin.
The lobster spagetti, the local rooster wine, hand made cheese pies, are among the many specialties of Ioli.
And for the beautiful nights in the natural shade of the pines, a small group that plays rembetika ensure the quality of your entertainment escorted with wine and roast.
In our area, we have a beautiful swimming pool, next to the cafe, surrounded by pines, for moments of relaxation. There you can enjoy your swimming, coffee, dessert, cocktail or even your food.
"Ioli Farm" is offered for winter tourism too. The apartments have independent heating, and hot water 24 hours.
